About - I am a wife and a mother. I enjoy traveling and the great outdoors by hiking, boating, tubing, sightseeing, etc. I like to try it all! I grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina, but with my husband’s job, we have moved and lived in Tennessee and then South Carolina. Once again his job has taken us to other parts of the US and now we call beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado our home! We have loved living here so far as Colorado has so many great outdoor adventures waiting for us to explore. The mountains also provide the perfect backdrop for any photo session!I am well versed in the ways of the South where we greet by hugging and say things like “y’all,” but I do not miss sweet tea living here in the Wild West (I didn’t care much for the stuff anyway). I have really loved seeing new places and meeting new people. America truly is beautiful! Each place has taught me a little more about the true value of friendship and kindness. It has also given me opportunity to pursue what I love and get out of my comfort zone!I have been a photography enthusiast for several years and have enjoyed taking photos of pets, nature, and landscapes. Gradually, I have found, however, that my true passion is capturing special moments for people. I have since grown and expanded my photography business and now focus primarily on capturing special moments for my clients using natural light photography. I enjoy photographing all my clients and strive the make the experience as fun and relaxing as possible. My goal is for you to love your experience and results so much that you want to hang your photos up all over your home. Walking through my own home and seeing beautiful memories of some of my favorite people hanging all over my walls is something I am very passionate about, and that is the gift I want to give to you.
